The Haunted Mansion in the New Orleans Square section of Disneyland
The Haunted Mansion is a dark ride attraction in Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland. The attraction in Disneyland opened in August 1969.
The attraction houses a number of illusions, advanced special effects, and state-of-the-art Audio-Animatronics. The ride uses the Omnimover system known as the Doombuggies. The first half of the attraction is a walkthrough proceeding riding a vehicle.
