The Old Lady is the ghost of an elderly woman who appears as one of the guest in the Ballroom scene of the ride. She is seated on a rocking-chair.

The Old Lady plays a major role in harboring a Soul Gem to give to Zeke in order to capture the lost souls of the mansion. She dwells in the Mansion's Parlor. Her death was drinking poisoned tea.
